Mai symphony cooler jiska model no sumo xl 75 ltr dated 27/04/2020 ko purchase kiya lekin ye 5 din bad hi kharab ho iska leg or pump dono hi kharab hai jo abhi tak thik nahi hua maine kaie bar complain kar chuka lekin koe response nai milta hai esliye plz kripa kar ke kabhi bhi symphony cooler nahi kharide symphony cooler lena MATLAB paisa gawana

I had registered a complaint regarding my cooler (storm100i)on 8th JUNE and till now nobody had even visited and resolved the problem. You promise to pay a visit in 24to48 hours but now it's almost 9days since I registered the complaint. I am a retailer of your coolers, so do have contacts with your dealers and even though the complaint is not getting resolved any sooner. Either you resolve this problem soon else I would have to take strict actions against your company/service providers.

Electrical safety Standards non full fill

I am facing safety issue in your product, Heavy electrical current flow in color body, which is not safe for us.
All ready complain was registered but problem is not solve yet. And you service team is saying take the precautions while the time of pluging in main board, These type of instructions is not given in your manual also so why I can accept alternative solution for it.
In my house 3-4 children's are there if any miss happing will happen Who is responsible for it.....?????????????

कूलर ठीक नहीं किया जा रहा है

कूलर का कंप्लेंन 15 अगस्त से पहले किया गया था लेकिन अभी तक 7 सितंबर तक कूलर रिपेयर नहीं किया गया नहीं किया गया फैन मोटर नहीं है कहकर बहाना बना रहे हैं कितने दिनों में आएगा मोटर इससे अच्छा कोई लोकल कूलर खरीद लिया होता तो इससे अच्छा चलता 3 महीने में ही मोटर खराब हो गया

Fan is not work properly

Sir i puchased symphony sumo cooler 19th april. But it not work well last 2days. Its fan is not run its stop continue. So plz help me. I purchased symphony cooler for durebility but its fail very soon..so send me technician as soon as possible.

Water pump not working properly

I had purchased symphony winter xL on 9/4/19 from Vijay electronics Neem ka thana. I had complained about cooler moter not working. I want my problem to be resolved very soon.

I will never buy Symphony cooler in life time

I purchased Symphony Jumbo 51 Cooler on Dt-12/04/2018, and after 04 days it’s not cooling I called symphony service center so many times but they are giving me just dates they are just ignoring some time they called and said I will come in the evening and some time they I will come tomorrow morning but no one has yet came, very poor service I didn’t expect this with symphony it’s almost 1week and my cooler is not working.

I will suggest to not buy any Symphony coolers. Product quality also very bad. Even lesser prices in local market we will get better prices.

I will not buy or not suggest any one in my family or friends to buy Symphony Air cooler in my life time.

Never ever buy symphony u will lose money

Yes what u said is absolutly true never ever symphony cooler after lot research bought this jumbo cooler 51ltr ...from day of my purchase there is a heavy sound inside the cooler i complained in customer care after 20 days (calling so many times) technician came he checked it and said base stand was broken a bit so he called his manager named "Raju billa" (mancheriyal)he spoke to me and said he place an order for that damaged part which will be replaced in 20 days, after 20 days i called him he said another 10 days i waited but no one came to repair it after 20 days i called him back he said the technician who came to u earlier were left the job and i will place a new order now again its 20 days finished no response its totally 3 months.
Note : they closed my complaint as repaired 3 times without solving my problem without my concern

Symphony cooler is the worst

Symphony cooler is the worst cooler. I wasted my money buying this cheap product.The customer care the service centre all are useless they will never resolve your problem like many of you I m also the victim of buying this third class product. In a month of purchasing two times the cooling motor is not working.i tried calling customer care,the technician,the service center but no one is responding my call.itz been 6th day no technician has come to resolve my problems. The company has fooled me I recommend don’t ever think to buy this symphony product.i m going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court and a case against the company.

I have the same issue with the cooler n its customer care services.its have been 15 days n still my complaint is not resolved.This is 2nd time in one month when its motor n fan are not working.Their technicians are very rude to their customers n doing their work take is as granted.

Symphony cooler not cooling

I have purchased symphony touch 80 litres on 11/05/18 from vijay sales sec 29. And the product is not cooling at all not even a small room. And the worst thing is that even customer care service number is not connecting. It says not available all the time. I want my problem to be resolved very soon.

Third class in after sales service

I'd raised a service request couple of days, but no one attended till now.. technicians are behaving like they are the owners. Raised a request n also got confirmation that technician will attend within 24-48hrs.. when spoken with technician Nitin from Thane Mumbai, he keeps on saying will visit but when he didn't visited I called than he said parts are not available. My question is, if parts are not available, why the F*#₹ you guys commit about resolution!!! Throwing away this useless dubba when there is no one to support

Not responding like a manager irresponsible reply given by him....... needful action to be taken against him so that company name shouldn't go down.

Dear Sir,

I have raised the complaint DL14051801614 on 14th May. For cooler motor is not working.

Your service engineer visited for repair cooler repair. He is not able open the cooler motor.

Hence he is install the other motor. He is connected the motor wire with swimming switch.

If i have switch off the swimming switch motor is also off.

Further i have already paid of Rs. 300 and Rs. 1200/- for visit and motor chaefes. respectively

Pls check and arrange to close the issue on priority basis.

Now Today we have received that issue has been resolved. Without resolve the issues.
