Very very poor service and I am asking everyone to better go for some local company atleast they will give better service than sunfalme.

oil filter received with chimey is diffrent model oil filter

i purchased a sunflame chimey , when i opened the chimney box, there is diffrence in size of oil collecter of the chimney. I registred a compalint attaching copy of invoice , warranaty card and photos of oil collector and chimney, but ticket id is generated after 10 days and same ticket id is closed with narration closed in one day,now i again registred a compalint, but no response from service center till date. very poor service. i request to all kindly do not purchase sunflame products,

Chimney Repair

I bought a sunflame Chimney by last September through Amazon. I got defective product.my return window is closed.i called several times and no one respond properly.i called nearby service provider.He didn't respond properly. All the way he said sunflame manager is not responding.i am from Chengalpattu district Tamilnadu state.My service provider in kancheepuram. You guys really maintain a customer service or not.I need a immediate response from your side otherwise I will go for a consumer court for further actions.

Bad Services of Sunflame - Chimney

I purchased the product Lara sixty Chimney from SK enterprises, Mohali in the month of March this year.

It was working fine for two months (April and May) but suddenly, it stopped working in June so I contacted ''SK Enterprise'' and they shared the number of your customer care where I registered my complaint with code CHA227020012 in July.

They informed me that the technician will visit my home to check the product but no one came after the complaint so I called again & again and got the number of incharge (Mahesh Attari) who is managing a service center of Chandigarh.

He sent a technician after four to five days but he was not able to find the issue and asked me to reach out Mahesh.

I have been continuously trying to reach Mahesh for the last three weeks but he always says the same thing: that i do not have solution as of now so please give me some time.

Even i am calling in Service Center on daily basis but they are also saying same thing: that we are escalating this issue and you will get solution/ call within one day but no update as of now.

I sent multiple emails on customercare [at] sunflame [dot] com but no response from anyone.

I have not gotten any solution for my product from the last twenty seven days.

I just want to confirm, Have i made any mistake in bringing a product from Sunflame?

How soon will I get a solution or get my chimney in working condition?

If you do not have a solution for issue then change my chimney. I want a replacement not a repair because your team is not able to provide such services which a consumer can expect from a well known company.

WORST AFTER-SALE SERVICE EVER. Sunflame cannot be trusted

I have your cooking range. Shockingly the frame on which the pots sit has slowly melted So I called the Hyderabad regional manager for sales and service Mr. M and sent my request for service and parts change on 18th Feb on WhatsApp. Nothing was done and his excuse was an "unavoidable reason". I called again with the same request on 26th Feb and he handed the service to a local service provider and sent me a message that the work was done. Then nothing happened. Finally, the local service provider at Hyderabad called on 26th and told me that he will place an order for the parts since they do not have the same in Hyderabad. He even asked me for an advance and I paid Rs.1000/-. I sent a message again on 28th Feb. I was promised service in 5-7 days. I called again on March 2nd Mr. M promised me service by Sunday or Monday 14th March (today). I texted tonight and was told that the parts will come in another week. So the parts have been traveling from Faridabad to Hyderabad for the last 14 days and will arrive in 21 days.
Is this how you take care of your customers. I will have to share my experience with others so that they will know that Sunflame is no longer a reliable company.

Induction cooker new purchase problem

We bought induction cooker from csd at ambala but it's not work properly we raised a complaint through phone,mail and sunflame app. But they do not response and every time they said your complaint forward to next level is complaint registered as on 2nd November 2021 and after that we have called more than 15 times but still no body solve this problem. My complain no has CHA222040015. Very Very Bad service provide by this company. Every time thay said we sort your problem with in 24 to 48 hrs. But now we will return the product to csd and tells to csd not more contract to cont. With this company because they not provide to your customers.

Complaint about sunflame water heater

I bought the water heater around 2 months ago.Very bad service provided by the company. They didn't come for the setup of water heater. It works less than 1 month and it gets damaged. I have put many complaints regarding this. But no response from them.

Worst experience ever by sunflame chimney repair services Hydera

Called sunflame service center in Hyderabad for chimney repair. The technician came and took the chimney and said motherboard is not working and need a new one and also deep cleaning total he took 4600. And next day again chimney stopped working. And from then the service center guys dont pick calls and tell to wait a month till the guy who repaired comes back and they harass u by not picking calls and keep on leaving the same msg we will get back to u. But they never do. Overall lost my money and trust on these guys. Never ever try sunflame services or their products worst experience ever.

This is just generic brand, not at all lead brand. Their CC service may not connect & if connected referred to geetha gas tech., He did not lifting the phone. He is a big cheater in Hyderabad. Don't buy "Sunflame" brand. It's

Regarding finding issue in burner of four flame stove

I had purchased in 2016 December and stamped with validity of 5 Years.

I registered a complaint regarding stove not working, your service personnel had visited change the same but issue was different. Something different part needs to be change which he was not having that day.

He committed that will make next visit and change the same but yet I am waiting.

Please let me know by when it will be changed.
Please send your service man to get this issue resolved.
