Hi Sir/Madam,

We are getting this error E48-32 suddenly and there are no issues in antenna as well.
We removed and reinserted the card but that's of no use
Then under tools option did a factory default, then we are getting the new error E50-32
This is a blocker issue to us and I kindly request you to take action on this regard.

Awaiting for a reply from you.

Trying to contact customer care but no reply at all.Also number says invalid or doens't exist.Tried almost all the numbers.Expecting a quicker reply from your side.

With great concern I wish to inform that Sundirect customer care services have become worst ever. Customer care is not at all responding and not able to get connected with them for any problems. This is happening since last one month. Many channels are not showing.

I am seriously thinking to shift to another DTH service provider for better service.
