Order status

Firstly i am very disappointed with this shopping brand.
I had order a shoe and its been a month now that i didnt even received any updates.
My order is confirmed however it does not show any shipment processes.
Why havent i hot any tracking code and why it is not ship to my location till now. What exactly is the problem? And What is this behaviour? I have been patiently waiting for a month now and i have now decide to write this comment.
I am still hoping for my parcel ro reach me so i hope this comment will make a changes.
