Damage item received

Since I received my Bluetooth helmet on13 Oct 19. Purchased from Amazon but did not received full and finished item in this position of click button to receive call is missing I had complained to Amazon but they suggested to call you I did same but connected and I am sharing with you my condition. I am facing a big problem with my connectivity so please resolve 6.
