Hi team
I am hailing from India and I purchased the soundcore liberty 2 pro via flipkart. While the earphones are awesome, I am experiencing trouble upgrading the firmware. Right is on v1.28 and the left is stuck on v1.26. Always error occurs at 72%. I have tried resetting according to your videos online and unpairing and so on with no luck. Kindly issue a replacement unit at the earliest.

Its just for your info, that i have purchased this item from flipkart ariund may 20, in just 1 day Left side earbud was faulty, Again i returned it and ordered afyer some days, Now the same issue. Left side is not connecting, What can i do ?. Can anyone suggest.
