Return order

Same issue I'm also facing I'm trying hard to return my shirt which I have purchased but they just send OTP and no one comes for pickup for 7 days then they says that pick-up is been cancelled due to your unavailability.
No point of contact. Return and refund policy is completely bogus. Think 10 times before you place order on snitch.

Pathetic service.
