Subject: Refund Not Received for Picked-Up Item – Order #7939234
Dear Snitch Support Team,
I am writing regarding my order #7939234. One of the items from this order has already been picked up, but I have still not received the refund for that item.
I have tried contacting your support team through Live Chat, but I am unable to connect with an agent. Whenever I try to generate a support ticket, it shows that there are issues connecting me to an agent (I have attached a screenshot for reference).
It has already been quite some time since the item was picked up, and I have neither received the refund nor any proper update regarding it.
Please check the status of my returned/picked-up item and process my refund at the earliest. Also, please arrange for someone from your support team to contact me and provide a proper resolution.

@snitchindia My order #7960398 was cancelled on 24 August, but I have still not received my refund. I have already contacted customer support, but the issue is still unresolved. Please check my refund status and process it at the earliest.
delivery agent took a extra charge to deliver my order
I ordered a one item through snitch website ( cotton linen brown hooded shirt ) order number - 7346955
when your delivery agent come at my door place, i cannot recieve his call because some personal reasons I went to hospital at that time after an hour I call back to him and told plz delivered my order he told me that,if you want your delivery then you will have to pay extra charges. and for my fuel and waiting charges approx 400 rupees also, than I will come to delivered I have all the proofs regarding conversion with your delivery partner .
After some conversations on chat and call he agree to delivered a order through rapido and uber parcel service and told me that I parcel your order through portal service and pay the parcel charges to rapido or uber portal to receive your order and I paid the parcel charges of rs 200 to rapido to receive my order .
Is this right or wrong ?
i want to raise a complain regarding this .
how can any customer trusted on snitch services what you provide ...
i provide all the proofs regarding conversion with your delivery partner (deepak sharma ) .

Dear Snitch Team,
A few months back I purchased a Shirt from your website, but after receiving I returned that and got the refund amount to my wallet account after all the deduction.
But unfortunately after the return I have changed my mobile number, now my earlier mobile number is not working and even I my Gmail is also filled so not receiving any OTP in my mobile or in my Gmail so now I am not able to login to my snitch account as well as not able to access my wallet balance.
Please check the matter and let me know as soon as possible.

Exchange Pickup Delayed for Over 15 Days
I have ordered two product and got delivered on 9th april on same day I put on exchange request cause of size issue and it has been approved. However, it has been more than 15 days and the pickup for the exchange has still not been initiated.
Do let me know how much longer this process will take, as this delay is unacceptable. If the exchange cannot be processed immediately, I request a refund and for the product to be picked up as soon as possible. I have mail several times on support [at] snitch [dot] co [dot] in but no response yet.
Kindly resolve this urgently.Otherwise I may have to raise this matter publicly on social media to highlight the difficulties customers are facing with delayed exchange pickups.

Complaint regarding quality of the product
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a black cargo pant I purchased from your store (Brigade road, Bangalore) on December 23rd, 2025
I would like to mention that I am a big fan of your brand, which you can also see from my purchase history. This is why this experience has been particularly disappointing for me.
Unfortunately, the quality of this product did not meet expectations. On the very first wear, the pants got torn and the stitches came undone, which is unacceptable for a new item. This clearly indicates a defect in the material or stitching.
I request you to kindly look into this issue and provide a suitable resolution, either in the form of a replacement or a refund.
Please let me know the next steps to proceed with this complaint. I can provide the bill and photos of the damaged product (attached).

Request for Resolution – Wrong Product Delivered (Order No. 5929

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing regarding Order Number: 5929362, placed on 27-11-2025. I had ordered a different model of shoes, but I received the wrong product.
I raised a return request, and I was informed through your message that a pickup agent would contact me within 2 to 3 working days. However, the delivery person did not come to collect the item.
Now, the status is showing “We cannot return this item right now,” which is very disappointing and confusing. The mistake is from your side as the wrong product was delivered, and I should be eligible for a return or replacement.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange the return pickup or initiate a replacement at the earliest.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have ordered three shirts and one pant and I like one shirt and pant and I want to return two shirts so I kept return, then delivery guy came next day , he took only one shirt and still in the app it is showing it will be picked soon which I have already returned and I still didn't get any refund.
And another shirt is still with me they are just sending the OTPs. So, there is no response at @snitch.com , please dont order anything from snitch
