I have also paid the amount through online but still, I have got no response from your end. I have called several times on your company’s number but I have got no response. Missing package

My smitten trial order no. 9479446 was shown as delivered on 16/04/2023 Sunday. As I was out of town I couldn't collect the package on the same day. The order was addressed to my hostel, and till the day I haven't received my package. It's been 6 days and the package is missing. In the app it is showing that my product has been delivered but I didn't get any delivery, even the delivery agent had not contacted me. What is this scam
I got 184 RS refund but my order was of 771
If you people do not have stock why are u accepting order
7 days have already been wasted and after this, I have no clue where my order is.
I ordered products worth Rs. 771, which were supposed to be delivered on 1st March, i got a refund for 1 product yesterday worth Rs. 224 (Rs. 184 I got in my account and Rs. 40 I got in my Smyttens wallet). This same thing happened to me. I have not received my

I have not received my order.but the status in app is shown delivered on oct 22. I didn't get any call from the delivery guy that day. Same day i raised the query. Next day query was updated to resolved. Infant the problem was not solved at all. After some back and forth email this is the response i have received
"We apologize that we cannot help you in this case, As According to our Delivery Partner, The Order was delivered to you on 22/10/2022, If you have reached us out till 24/10/2022 we could have Resolved your issue for the order" .
