Warranty

• An exclusive offer 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against all 
  manufacturers’ defects on all optical frames, sunglasses and prescription lenses.
• Manufacturers’ defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing
  process. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper
  use are not covered.
• Please note that contact lenses come with a 3-month warranty covering
  manufacturers’ defects.

Return

• All of our designer eyewear, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses are
  eligible for return within 100 days of receipt of shipment and you can decide
  whether you prefer to receive a refund or an exchange for another items.

  with the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the address
