I booked indigo flight

I booked indigo flight through your skyscanner app but once I entered all the required details and made the payment. Then I received payment deduction notification from the bank side but I didn't received payment confirmation from skyscanner or indigo side through mail or any other mode. Amount deducted but didn't receive E-ticket

Hi ,

I have booked my ticket from Delhi to NY via skyscanner on April 6th 2024 and 12:30 am and I received confirmation email that ticket is booked. I also received Airline reference number : 3KU64D and booking number: BCA-5523084. I have not received any E-ticket, I checked with related Airlines ( Emirates) and they have no information about this ticket in their system . My ticket amount got deducted already and its been 3 days now that I have not received e-ticket .

One more interesting thing that I booked my ticket from skyscanner and confirmation email was sent by BudgetAir.com.

Please refund my amount so that I can book another ticket.

I booked an AirAsia flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar for 10th October 2023 at 16:30pm. My amount of 5079/- got deducted successfully but I still haven’t received my booking confirmation or ticket.

Space in form for filling name

I have difficulty in entering the surname in the form for booking the ticket. The surname has three words and the form does not provide adequate space. When contacted I was told to contact each airlines as it involves multi city flights. No one is giving any clear advise and I am unable to complete the booking.
