​I want to bring to your notice that I do not use the ShareChat app or the Moj app. Furthermore, I am 100% certain that I had already disabled the 'Auto-pay' feature for this service previously. I am surprised and disappointed that despite turning off the auto-payment, the amount was deducted again without my consent.
​Since I do not use your services and the auto-pay was supposed to be inactive, this deduction is completely invalid. I request you to look into this matter immediately, cancel any active subscriptions linked to my number, and process an urgent refund of ₹499 to my original payment method.
