Steps To Register on Sewa Setu Portal

  • Step 1: Visit official website: Sewa Setu .
  • Step 2: Select Citizen Login
    • Click on “Click Here For New Registration” .
      Enter Your Details
  • Step 3: Fill Basic Details like Username, Full Name, Mobile Number, Email And Address & you will receive your password through an SMS on registered mobile number.

  • Step 4: Login using your Username & Password, or with OTP sent to your registered mobile number .

  • If you forget your credentials, use the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page.

How to Apply for a Service on Sewa Setu Portal

  • Step 1: Visit official website: Sewa Setu .
  • Step 2: Click Login / Register
    • Select Citizen Login
    • Enter your Username & Password (or login with OTP)

  • Step 3: Click “Apply for Online Service”
    • Search the service (e.g., Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Marriage Certificate) and select the service you want to apply for.

    • Carefully read the instructions and Required Documents section.

  • Step 4: Fill Application Form
    • Fill in the application form with correct details
    • Upload the required supporting documents as specified
  • Step 5: Final Submission and Payment
    • Submit the completed application form
    • Pay the requisite fee, if applicable
  • Step 6: Acknowledgement and Application Reference Number (ARN)
  • Step 7: Application Status Updates
    • The applicant receives SMS alerts on the registered mobile number
  • Step 8: Download Certificate / Service Output
    • After successful completion of the service, the digitally signed certificate can be downloaded from the portal.

Note: Services can also be availed through Sewa Setu Kendra / CHOICE Centres / Common Service Centres (CSC) .

Procedure to Register a Complaint on Sewa Setu Portal

  • Step 1: Visit the Sewa Setu Portal .
  • Step 2: Click on the "Grievance Panel" option to raise a ticket/complaint.

  • Step 3: Enter the basic information in the grievance form:
    • Enter Applicant Details: Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID
    • Enter Complaint Details: Select Category or Department, Describe the Complaint.
    • Upload Supporting Documents (Optional): Attach files (PDF/JPG) that support your complaint if the form allows it.
      Enter Your Details
    • Click Generate to register the complaint.

How to Track Applications on Sewa Setu

  • Step 1: Visit the Sewa Setu Portal .

  • Step 3: Enter Application Reference Number (ARN) and Registered Mobile Number then click on Track Status.
