Issues regarding watch not working
Hello sir,
I am a new costumer of your, as I bought my first Seiko watch from an outlet in Delhi. It was given by father as graduation present and it meant a lot to me. It stopped working within 4 years of purchase. At first I thought that it’s an issue of battery so went to a local vendor and got it fixed. However the very next day I realised it’s still not working. So this time I find the nearest seiko showroom in Mall of India Noida UP. The shopkeeper told me that the watch will be sent to Bangalore and only then repair can be done. He charged me Rs 2500, which I happily paid as I really wanted the watch to work. Again within a week I noticed it’s not working at all.
I am hugely disappointed that despite putting my faith in a company like yours I still can’t get a guarantee of a quality product .
I would appreciate it if you can help in this regard.

Dear Sirs,
I purchased a Sieko Kinetic from Andheri West, Mumbai, and after a few months it developed accurate time problem, I gave it back to the showroom as it was in warranty period and they gave it back assuring that it was rectified and after a few days it develloped the same problem plus it didn't remain water resistant after that lock down happened and the warranty period expired. I had to get it rectified from Chandigarh, but it is no more water resistant.
Yours is a big company but I am sorry to say that I have been conned.
REG: NEW WATCH MALFUNCTIONING

I purchased a Seiko watch (I think the model name is SSB321P1) on 01/12/2019 from Seiko showroom at Lulu mall, Cochin.
Now I am worried because- since about 1 month of purchasing it, the watch has been repeatedly showing wrong time (Exactly speaking, it is later than the original time). Once I correct the time it works well for a few days and then does the trick again. So far the watch was found to run late for 4 times and it had completely stopped once (but after I correct the time it works normally for a few days). Overall I am disappointed with the functioning of this product which was bought with so much of expectation !
I purchased a reputed and reliable brand like Seiko because I wanted a hassle free device and did not want to run around for its minor issues and send such E mails to the company.
Expecting a prompt reply and a reasonable solution for this issue,
