I ,Amanjot Kaur, purchased Scott SC5560C4 5316 model of eyewear in the month of October 2023.

On the second day after purchase,one glass came out of frame.
I contacted dealer and he repaired the same. After one week ,I faced same issue of loose glass.Again I want to dealership after a day he handover me the pair of spectacles. I constantly faced the issue of glass and frame.
In March 2024,suddenly nose pad of my glasses broken .Their is no fault of mine as frame was neither fell down nor undergone any pressure. You can verify the same today also.

I contacted dealer to change my nosepad.He asked me that scott SC5560C4 model nosepad will be deliver to us in one week.After one week he hand over my glasses with new nosepad that was entirely different from original nosepad.
Still I ignore that .But on the second day nosepad again came out of frame because it is to loose. I requested dealership to repair it then he asked me that its your fault.
I still have that nosepad .you can check the condition of nosepad.
Now my request is that either repair my nosepad with proper nosepad or refund my money paid as my spectacles are under warranty.
Otherwise I will go to consumer court.
