Fraud transaction - charge back grivances - Pls help

I beg to state that, there are 4 transactions (given below / and find
attached scan copy) have been done of amount Rs 75995 on my above SBI account and it seems that the transaction are done through online. I have never done any online transaction on my account / card.

Please take the needful action and charge back my money as early as
possible. Kindly raise a complain and reply back me the complain id

Dear Sir,
I am extremely sorry to refer to a fact that I have received at least three messages on my mobile phone No. 9954644151 within this month that each time from Rs. 100.00 to Rs. 110.00 has been debited from my A/C. No. 11869210678 in the name of Debit Card Taxation. Txn. Nos. are : 201215620203, 201207099975 and 201218402274. Since the card being in force in June, 2009, a huge amount has been debited in the same way. I feel that some mistake is there with the taxation system on my card. Money got deducted from account

Hello Team,

Couple of days back I tried to withdraw money from my SBI account in hyderabad. First I tried in ICICI ATM center and it failed, second time I tried in AXIS bank ATM and it also faield. Error: Your tranaction cannot be processed.

Next day I saw that money got deducted fromaccount for both the transactions.

How I can work on this to get the money back please assist.

I have recently taken a SBI gold & more credit card. But the card is still not activated. Each time when I try to activate it either through IVR or through internet, it gives me error.

Respected Sir,

Kindly refer to our letter dated 06-01-2012 and previous letters for enhancement of our limits.

We wish bring to your kind notice that we are submitting hereby some facts in respect of your letter dated 07-01-2011 regarding explanation towards your raised points as under:-
1. SB Rating came down from SB 10 to SB 9. In respect of the SB Rating, the reason behind is that the SB Rating is interconnected with the other financial ratios, as mentioned by the good self in letter, point no. 2 and 3.
2. In respect of the net worth also fell down Rs. 3.70 crore to 3.11 crore from the corresponding last year i.e.2010 to 2011 respectively, so hereby we enlighten to you that at the time of enhancement of limits in previous year the authority of bank has given assurance to us that they will provide personal loan to applicant firm’s partners worth rs.1.5 crore before 31st march 2011 so that capital of partners could be introduced to square off their running short term loan from the other private financial institute. However the concerning firm’s partner have not received any personal loan till date due to bank delay procedure which we may also call it as bank negligence so partners had to pay the outstanding loan amount from their own capital account resulting capital has been decreased instead of increasing. If this moan was given in time our balance sheet would have never shown maximum withdrawl of profits.
3. As dear good self mentioned their letter that the withdrawal of partners is more than profit, profit amounting Rs. 0.34 Crore & withdrawal comparatively of profit is 0.63 crore so in this regards we already mentioned in Para no 2 that the reason behind is the excess withdrawal in the face of repayment of the running short term loan of partners which was availed from the other financial institutes.
4. We had taken a corporate loan of Rs 1.00 crores against a fresh property which was given as guarantee to the banks. After the loan was repaid we requested 100 times to return the property so that we could avail further loans to fulfill our export orders but we have been refused saying this property cannot be returned as it has been mixed up with the present loan sanctioned. If we would have got that property back we could have taken a loan from another finance institute also to raise our capital and the balance sheet would never had gone in negative form.

So nutshell is that the applicant firm already introduced to the bank with all financial facts, figure & ratios at the time of enhancement of limits that, the all coming good result will be depended upon the personal loan which has not granted by the bank authority and also explained that it will take time at least one year after sanctioning the same, while the last enhancement had been sanctioned in march 2011 then how is it possible that within 10 days of enhancement of the limits the all figure facts will be looked better for ending of the financial year 2011. However we are mentioning here some turnover figures likely to inform you that there is no slow down in the turnover of the concerning firm from last corresponding 2 year & as on 31.12.11 as under:-

As table shown us the turnover of the concerning firm is growing higher year by year , although 3 months left to complete of the financial year and the applicant firm have already reached on the last turnover milestone in the month of Dec-2011. After completion of the running financial years we are sure that the SB Rating, financial ratios & other figure facts will be far better comparatively last financial year .So we hope that you will be satisfied with the above reply.
We have been in association with SBI since 1986 and have full faith in the bank giving us full support financially and do believe our needs will be fulfilled in time.

Have recived a Bill for the month of Dec. Had done balace transfer of 11782/- with 0 % for 2 months to ICIC bank. But to my surprise the dec months bill has a total amount due of 11782/-. Wanted to understnd why was this not converted to 0% EMI for 2 months? .

Regarding ATM service

I am writing the on the behalf of my father.I want to bring into your notice that on dated 21/6/2011, time 10:14 a.m.when i che cked my account Rs.19000/- .It missing from my account and it was showing balance of Rs.137.85/- and the receipt no.S108001755001 although i have made last transaction of Rs.10000/- dated 18/6/2011,time 17:36 p.m and the receipt no.S10B00175502.As i already given the complaint to the appropriate Branch but no
response they are giving back.its a big amount.I also have all the receipt details with me.

Issue is that ,9th july 2011, time 8 am morning he was at Dehurda to draw some cash .After entering Rs-7100/- cash is not comes out and in the same time receipt is not. After two minutes he tried another ATM machine in same store (kiosk) and ATM id no is S10A010902001 ,statement shows Rs-7100/- is with drown .
Pl help me above context.

payment wrongly credited

My saving account number is 10239350653 (SBI Tondairpet, Chennai-81).I have made a purchase at RMKV TEXTILE in T.NAGAR on 10.7.11 at 10:56am .I used my ATM card for making payment of RS.2597.The payment was deprived.Then I paid cash. Incidendly I draw a mini statement from my account on the same day evening. I noticed that an amount of Rs 2597- was wrongly credited into my account. When I approached the RmKV authority, they told me that the amount in question was not debited their account and the mistake happened for net problem of Banking authority and adv ised me to contact the Branch concerned.
I humbly request you to kindly locate the amount of Rs 2597- and debited into my savings account early.

Refund of money

Sir,
On 04.04.11 at 15.09 hrs.I wanted to withdraw 3000/- by ATM card (no.6220180908300109653) from SBI ATM situated at SBBJ Bank building,sector-5 Rohini.Delhi but after completion of transaction process,payment was not made due to hang of server.Immidiately I met SBBJ bank official and he told -your money will not be debited.On next day when I CHECKED it,3000/-was already debited from my SBI A/C NO.10652845341 (Saraswati Vihar,Delhi branch).I informed it to my bank in written and several times I have visited to bank but till today they have not taken any action.Transaction slip was also not delivered by ATM.Kindly do needful at the earliest.

THIS IS 10TH REMINDER : I have lost money due to mistake of SBI. Pl. Help urgently. I am following for refund of Rs.481/- from last two months but not getting any responce from SBI.

Awaiting Refund of Rs.481/- since March-2011. OL refer my below mentioned complain.

PL refer Transaction ID. NO. 126474580. & Conversation Ref no. 100590045703. Pl note that i have still not recd back credit of Rs.481/- for Payment wrongly made to Torrent Power AEC Limited in March-2011. Pl note that this payment is wrongly paid by you for consumer no. 003106922 which is wrong. In this conversation i was promised that i will get the credit for the same but till date i have not got my payment back.

My correct consumer no. is 003109622.

Request you to call back for Rs. 481/- from Torrent Power AEC Limited and give me the credit for the same.

Today also I have spoken to Zenifer and my complain no. is 1320040016.
