Urgent Complaint Regarding False “Parcel Refused” Updates & Deli

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my parcel delivery by Savana via purple drone , which has been repeatedly marked as “undelivered” and “customer refused” for the last 4–5 days. I want to clearly state that I have never refused the parcel, and your delivery team has not contacted me even once for delivery attempts.

Every day I am receiving messages saying that I refused the package, which is completely incorrect. This repeated misinformation and lack of proper service is extremely frustrating and is testing my patience. I have been waiting continuously, yet there is no call, no visit, and no proper update from your side.

Take necessary action against the responsible delivery personnel for providing false updates.

I have placed 2 return order

I have placed 2 return order but now it is 2 week and no one has come for receiving the order. How much time will it take

Item not delivered

Everyday I an getting only messages about the delivery but I dont get any calk nor the parcel and I have been trying to contact savana and the thir party delivery company but there is no response

Refund is not credite till now after 4 day of pickup

When the product is being picked up, you are immediately picking up the next day, but when the money is coming, you are spending four days and after 4 days, the money is not coming even after 4 days, while writing is that you will reflect the money in your bank within two to three days, so where is my money if you are people do this fraud, then I will go to the customer forum and make your compliment of your fraud and I will stay with my money, so you guys send my money back to the customer forum and this was my first experience which has been very bad and I was first placed and I will never do this again and I will send the same message that no one should order any product from the Sabana app because it is fraud it is not giving money.

Extreme delay

I had placed an order more than two weeks ago, but I have still not received it. The status now shows that the item has been shipped today; however, the tracking ID provided is showing as invalid on the Delhivery app.

Furthermore, I attempted to contact the phone numbers provided on the app, but all of them appear to be non-existent. This has caused me considerable inconvenience.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide me with the correct tracking details or arrange for immediate delivery. If this is not possible, I would like to request a refund at the earliest.

Ordered not received on time

I have placed an order for 28th and both my orders are in transit. The last update is of 31st. There has been no update after that. There is no way to do this work from Savana's side.

I ordered a dress and didn't

I ordered a dress and didn't like the fabric, so I put it up for return. When I received the dress, it didn't have a price tag, just a seal. And now they are repeatedly rejecting my return request. Seriously, this is a huge scam and I've wasted so much money.

Order status not changed and order not delivered

I ordered 3 product on 13 August 2025. Since 17 August my order is in the same status - Ready to send to dispatch center. It should be deliverd on 24 August 2025, but today is 28 Aug 2025 no status update. Kindly, send my 3 product as soon as possible.

Delay in Delivery and Poor service.

I’m really disappointed with the delay in delivering my order. It’s taking much longer than the promised time, and there have been no proper updates from your side. I have ordered on 16th August, 2025 and the delivery date was of yesterday but now the delivery date has been extended. Honestly, speaking you guys should stop selling the product online if you are not deliver them on time to your customer and should learn these things from the services like Flipkart and Amazon who deliver much faster and keep customers informed at every step, which makes this experience with your platform quite frustrating.
I’d request you to look into this urgently and let me know when exactly I can expect my order as I have to out for a trip. If this time I didn't receive my order on time then I will go to the consumer court and will also escalate on various social media platforms. Please work on improving the service, because delays like this make it really hard to rely on your platform.

Delievery issue

Hi Team,

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received. You indicated that normal delivery would take 8 to 13 days, and it has now been over 20 days without any status update in your app since August 17, 2025.

The chatbot offers no options to connect with a real assistant to track the current status of my package. As a customer, I am very irritated by this poor service, which could drive potential customers away from your app.

The phone numbers provided are out of service, and I have not received any replies to my emails.

I have a lot more to say, but I realize it might be futile. However, I want to make it clear that if I do not receive my order by September 1st, I will escalate this matter and pursue formal action until I receive a satisfactory resolution.

Late delivery

Why it's taking so long to be shipped. It's been 11 days since the 13th of august, the order has been placed. From the 17th of aug till today it's showing that it is ready to dispatch, but no progress at all. PLZZ shipped the product as soon as possible. I have a program on 29 of aug.

Dear Savana,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the non delivery of order was placed on date(20/07/2025) with an expected delivery of date(26/07/2025) I am tracking the order using provide tracking number but they have been no update for moment the last date & the delivery agent not picking of my calls I've made at least 300 calls.

I've ordered this for my sister's birthday, birthday has passed but still the order not received.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide an update on this on the status of my order including and estimated delivery date if the package cannot be delivered with in a reasonable time frame. I would like to request a full refund of or replacement order

Dear savana we have trusted your app to shop..i have ordered the dress jumpsuit from you but when I try that dress it doesn't make me comfortable so I proceed to return that dress on the 31.07.25 the delivery man come and take my order and the message pop up in my fone that the refund of the money will be on 6 aug 2025 but till now I haven't got any money but when I call that number that you put in the app it doesn't work is this how you try to scam us I'm not trusting you and this is my first and last time shopping with you,
