I travelled from Riyadh to Delhi on 09/10/25 in flight No. SV0760 in downgraded economy class despite having a Business Class ticket. Refund request 230115 has already been raised. I was told that somebody will contact you and process the refund. Now I am in India and I need to get the refund directly to my bank account as the ticket was booked by a travel agent. So far nobody contacted me in this regard.

Id like to ask if Saudi visa is required for 2 hours transit or layover time in Jeddah Airport?
For philippine passport holder and has tourist visa going to dubai.

Flight is from manila to jeddah to dubai.

I reached the airport before 1 hour.. But the airport staff din't allowed me to do the boarding formality... The counter was open... But they were telling counter got closed we can't allow.. They said contact the airline office please suggest me what to do now.. Will i get the same ticket reconfirmed? Please reply me asap

I came from Cairo to Delhi via Riyadh on 16th July 2019 by Saudia Airlines by SV 414 & SV 764 respectively which arrived 16-July-19 at Delhi(DEL)airport.
Our one baggage has been completely miss-placed or off loaded in Riyadh. We complaint in Saudi office at the same time but still up to now we have no information from Saudi airlines where is our luggage We never experienced this kind of irresponsibility from any other airline in our entire life.Completely disappointed with complaints handling department also as I didn’t get any kind of response after given written complaint as well.

I travelled on SV 744 from Jeddah to Hyderabad on 27.6.2019, I didn't receive my baggage on this flight, I have submitted the claim form on hyderabad Airport Counter specified for the purpose, and a contact number is given which is either switched off or busy. Nobody there to answer. 3 days are already passed, HOW to go and track the baggage? Needs your assistance.

I am travelling to Canada on 6th May. my First flight is from Kochi (India) to Riyadh (Saudia Airlines) and then from Riyad to London (British airways) and then from London to Toronto (Air Canada)
i wanted to check if i can carry 2 laptops(1 official and 1 personal) during my trip? i checked with British Airways and they do not have any issues with carrying 2 laptops. is it allowed in Saudia Airlines? and if Yes, then carrying both the laptops in Cabin luggage is allowed if the total weight does not exceed 7 KGs.

I forgot my "External Data Storage Disk - "Seagate" brand" in flight.

Just complain to the saudi supervisor he took my all tags n gave me a complaint receipt and he said your luggage will come tomorrow now it is 4 days Ididnt get any information
I don't have my clothes to wear n my kid's also

It's very painful that after 2 hours delayed flight on 18 Aug 2018 ( sv-890)we came to Lucknow but not received any of my baggage. Saudia staff note our name mobile numbers at the airport & said when luggage will come we will inform you. The landline number given by them is ringing but no one replying. Anyone responsible for baggage please respond what to do next. Thanks

I travelled to Trivandrum (TRV) from Riyadh terminal 2 airport, on flight SV756 which arrived 15-July-18 at Trivandrum (TRV)airport. All six baggages has been completely miss-placed or off loaded in Riyadh. After 5 days still there is no update about baggage in airline site when I tried to trace. I forced to purchase basis clothes and other items due to this issue as I didn’t get even single baggage and I believe that I entitled to urgent compensation from the airline. Or else I need to go for some other legal procedures to get it because of the tragic inconvenience I am facing since 4,5 days .Never experienced this kind of irresponsibility from any other airline in my entire life.Completely disappointed with complaints handling department also as I didn’t get any kind of response after given written complaint aswell.

I booked my ticket back to Riyadh from Kochi on 28 July and l got flight sv 775 and from there to tabuk alotted flight sv 1527.after few days l got message that flight date changed to 29 july and it is sv 893.How l will get the ticket.is the message is enough for travelling.Is the connection flight is same from Riyadh to tabuk. My parents were travelling back to Bangalore from Jeddah, after their Ramazan Umrah, on Saudi Airlines (flight details and passenger details as below)

When they reached the airport, the airport authorities separated the passengers from the luggage and informed them that the luggage would be checked in and taken care off. They let only one of the group member go to the check in counter and do the check ins. There were no bag tags that were provided either.

However, we have not received the luggage even after 62 Hours and we have no where abouts of the same.

The luggage details are as follows:
2 Navy Blue - American Tourister Stolley
1 Blue - Kit
1 Red - Kit (Bushra Travels)

Can someone look into this and update us at the earliest.

This is regarding PNR W3X4IL , passenger is travelling from Medina to Dhaka via Jeddah. There has been a schedule change on the flights.
