Bad Service and bad quality

My boat is Suresh Kurekar, I like the products of your company, but over the years there has been a significant decline in service and quality, which is raising trust, your rules and service have come to the bottom,
I bought my 24 inch TV on 6/8/2020 and the problem started from 6/9/2020 and the extra problem came on 21/9/2020. At the time of writing the letter, the service has not been received yet. I humbly request you to take appropriate action and communicate with your customer to resolve the issue.

मेरा नाव सुरेश कुरेकर है, मै आपके कंपनी के प्रॉडक्ट पसंद करता हू, लेकिन कुछ सालो से सर्विस और गुणवत्ता मे काफी गिरवत आई है, जिस से विश्वास उठते जा राहा है , आपकी नियम और सर्विस सबसे नीचे स्थर पार आई है ,
