I ordered products from Sanfe with an expected delivery timeline of 2–4 days as per their policy. However, it has now been over two months, and I have neither received the order nor any refund. The payment was made in advance, and despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I have received no response. The contact numbers provided are also not working.

At this point, it feels like my money has been lost, and the company’s lack of accountability raises serious concerns about its credibility.
