Repair Issue with AMT STRYKER 9002

I handed my suitcase for repair (Invoice No. 274846) which is under Warranty. The suitcase was handed to American Tourister outlet, No.10 27th Main, HSR layout Sector 1 Bangalore 560102 on 30-June-2025 and till date (22-July-2025) I haven't received my suitcase. Whenever I call the shop to check the repair status, they say that it is not done. When I will get my suitcase back ? Is there no SLA on repair time period ? Pls help.

Poor quality of bag

Dear Madam/Sir,

I replaced Amt. FLIX Nxt bag on 02.07.2022 from Vegas Mall as the stiching of my new bag came off. This bag stiching also came off in two months. Very poor quality. Upon visiting the store in Vegas Mall, Dwarka, i found the sale boy very rude and liar who kept on telling lies not to replace the bag. Then he contacted someone named Mahinder. I was told that he has directed to deposit the bag and ask me to wait for approval. I according deposited the bag with them

Considering poor quality of bag and sale boys being lairs, i want my money back.
