I baught three items in ritu kumar.one kahki jeans and one long dress and one straight pants.long dressand jeans is not suit for me its too tight.please exchange it

Colour oozing from the dress

Hi I had purchased a red dress from Ritu Kumar Jayanagar branch and ms Debleena had attended to me..as the dress label mentioned machine wash I did the same and doing so the colour oozed out and immediately returned the dress to the store the very next day explaining the problem ...Debleena immediately informed the customer care and mailed the issue ..now after waiting for nearly two weeks I get the result that the dress cannot be exchanged I’m surprised with u people r u not aware that the problem is with ur manufacturing such a cheap quality dress and how can u people expect me to accept such a colour oozing dress I don’t think even the local brands don’t have such a quality of dress...I’m finally that Cconcluding this text with a denial to accept the dress and I want an exchange..further more if the issue is not solved amicably I will have to go to customer court
