Non refunded amount or stuff

I bought a shoes from relaxo Varanasi at lahurabir branch in December .I went to the manager named Santosh so many times he didn't give me any credit note and didn't even replace the item in fact he kept it and said come another day and he is not doing it now saying u have the credit note.
He is torturing me everyday by saying come some other day but he is not giving the credit note nor he has given the product.
