Shoe complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes on 06/06/2019 from HSR layout stores at Bangalore on Bill no. R327-793 and both the shoes are different in shape and stich open. I am at Lucknow now not going to Bangalore. Please guide me for replacement at Lucknow.
