My Realme Techlife 1.5 ton ac has stopped working suddenly.
Power is coming in stabilizer but not in AC.
Just purchased it in March of 2023

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

My location is Chhatarpur Delhi.

My mobile stopped working, completely off.. After i entered the service center, i approached the personal, he told me to wait he will call my name. And i waited for half hour. I waited for next half hour then he asked me to wait more, he says it takes half hour to get the inside of mobile check. After waiting for more than one and half hour still they have told that your mobile motherboard are not working due to dust or some water drops and service centre not repaired your mob bcoz it's damaged by you..but my mobile is under two yrs warranty and service centre not repaired my mobile.
I am very unhappy with the present people at the service center,
They are not helpful !
No proper communication !

I would suggest realme to please change the staff, i would suggest others not to visit this service center. Your time will be wasted.

i purchased realme pad on 14th feb 2022.after 2 days of usage screen stared turning black for 3 to 4 seconds and again turns on automatically without even doing anything. i tried force reboot and factory reset but of no avail.at last visited service centre ,they kept it for 4 hrs and handed over to me and said we gave software update through our system and the bug must be resolved.but the next day which is today the problem still exists.again gone to service center they kept it with them and now they are waiting to see if the screen turns off , the whole day passed but they are saying they didnt face the issue which i am claimimg of.in this whole process i lost my 2 days studies and and mental pressure is at another level.they kept the tablet with them.i regret of purchasing realme product. at first place the product shouldnt be defective and if it is the service center should resolve the issue as soon as possible.i guess service only heed towards out of warranty products ,had my device been out of warranty they would have replaced the screen or motherboard.realme you have lost goodwill of one family.

I purchased Realme Buds Q (order ID : 15520xxxxxxxx), was delivered to me on 10th September 2020. After unboxing left side bud was not working so I talked with customer care and as discussed I was advised to return the product to service center via a delivery person, my order was handed over to delivery boy on 12th September 2020 but still I didn't received my order yet. (Customer copy order number : RLM20xxxxxxxxx)

I request to please deliver my order to my delivery address as soon as possible.

I bought the Realme band from Flipkart but I haven't been able to use it to this day. I got up from Flipkart on 12th June, delivered on 16th June then the band is not opening and not charging, Then I sent it to Realme Service Center from 16th June to 18th July the problem was not solved but for a month I just left the product.
