I have taken Bajaj Finserv RBL credit card 2659
I given EMI option convert for my recent purchase
But rate of interest given so much for that,
But when I taken credit card they have told
No interest for EMI convert

Why will they not charge interest for EMI conversion? Are they running a charitable service? Have some financial literacy before you take loan or invest .

NON RESOLVE MY ALREADY PAID UP EMI AND HARASSMENT FOR MAKING PAY

dear sir,i Amit Bhatt have an RBL ION card whose last four digits are 1101 its showing 21000 something as outstanding whereas I HAVE MADE ALL THE EMI PAYMENTS PREMATURE.  I also contacted the customer care on dated 22-6-2020 when i visited your Karelibaug Muktanand branch and I was related that sir you need to infom us that you are making premature clouser of your EMIs that are ongoing and thats the reason the same is reflecting the executive took my request also and i was assured that within 24 to 48 hrs the things will be sorted out and then only they will be able to tell me the exact amount now payable wherein a charge of 350 approx will be liable to be paid which i agreed but every day i am getting 3 to 4 calls demanding for payment of money and mentally harassed though no proper guideline or solution is given and the executive says we are in collection department we dont know you contact customer care then is there no co-ordination or no policy that when a customer has made the payments the same is properly updated and then only the customer is contacted.
also if you can make a call for collection why can't you make a call when customer has paid such a big amounts towards his credit card as to check whether is emi settlement payment or advance payment.  Its not fair on your part and i very much regrett the kind of approach you people have shown its a week now and yet my issue is not sorted out though the request of emi clouser has been registered with you on Monday the 22-6-2020 
Kindly arrange call back tomorrow and do let me know exactly now after waiver of my false emi that is reflecting how much amount remains to be paid EXACTLY then only i willl be able to make the necessary payments.

I HAVE DROPPED 3 EMAILS BUT NO REPLY AND EVERYDAY I AM GETTING 2 CALLS AS TO ASKING WHEN I AM GOING TO MAKE PAYMENT UNTILL I GET SATISFACTORY REPLY AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF ALREADY FULL SETTLED EMI THAT I DID BY MAKING PAYMENT AND ALSO HAVE REGISTERED PRECLOSURE REQUEST IF I AM NOT TOLDWHAT IS NO EXACT OUTSTANDING I WILL NOT BE PAYING A PENNY WHICH MAY BE NOTED.
THERE IS NO CO-ORDINATION AMONGST YOU IT PROVES. AND YOUR EXECUTIVES REPLY THAT WE ARE WORKING FROM HOME SO WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CHECK YOUR DETAILS WHAT RUBBISH THAN HOW ARE THEY ABLE TO MAKE A CALL FOR MY OUTSTANDING IF THEY CANNOT SEE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS
