Rajasthan Sampark is a portal to register the complaints of the common people and get solutions to their problems. This portal includes:
- To provide free facility to lodge complaints and get information through call at Citizen Call Center (181) .
- To provide facility to register problems online without being present in the office .
- To provide facility to register complaints free of cost at Rajasthan contact centers at Panchayat Samiti and district level .
- To provide facility to download native applications for smartphone owners .
How To Register Complaint
- You can file your complaint online through Complaint Form .
- Enter your Mobile No. / Phone No. / Identity No .
- If you have ever filed a complaint in the past, please give its reference .
- When making a complaint, please select the category of your complaint like whether the problem is personal, public or related to a government employee .
- You will be responsible for filling a wrong complaint .
