How To Cancel Subscription In QuickTV App?
- Open the QuickTV App and go to the settings.
- In settings go to the account settings.
- Then select the manage subscriptions.
- You will see a option to cancel subscription click on it and submit it.
- Then your subcription will be cancelled.

I started a free trail on 31st August and on 1st September 699 rupees were deducted from my account. How is that possible? The free trail was supposed to last one week.

I took a ₹1 trial for the QuickTV app. However, the next day ₹699 was automatically deducted from my account without asking me to enter my UPI PIN or informing me before the payment. I was not aware that ₹699 would be charged automatically after the ₹1 trial.
I request you to please investigate this issue and refund my ₹699. I have already cancelled the automatic payment mandate to prevent any further deductions.
