Today my kids went for KGF 2 in kurla phenix mall. My 2 sons went alone I have done online booking also booked popcorn online. During interval my kids went to counter for popcorn collection. They told we will delivered.Forwarded seat number. Person didn't came. Movie gets over and the PVR popcorn counter person didn't came. My kids after movie went to counter to check .PVR counter guys informed it's delivered on seat.Lots of blunder
1st informed delivered, than told not able to search by booking , we have cancelled popcorn all such rubbish things are being told by PVR guys to my kids. Kids got very much tense .hence I went there .i met 3 gentlemen's Ripanshu,Nadeem ,Aftab working in PVR at different levels. Again same discussion , arguments and finally they found there mistak because everything was in front of them in black and white. So now they saying system error.
In all this my kids were suffered alot. They were without food from morning 9.15am till 2.00pm .

We as parents paying higher value for quality and service.but here very much disappointed with services no one from PVR took it and solved issue ,infect one of the security guard told my kids that for popcorn why to creat scene .Leave it and go.

Sir for me it's my hard work earn money.

If this type attitude and indicipline PVR team is enjoying than I think days are very near for you to close.

My kids not enjoyed and same with me.
I will surely make others aware of this and request them not to visit PVR.

Received 4 coupon codes for some spending from kotak credit card in Jan'20 with a validity of 2 months. Earlier i was not able to apply the coupon code as the customer care advised me to use it on m coupon but i was not able to use it as wrong information was given to me for that i dropped an e mail on 11th Jan'20 to pvr customer support where i got to know that it was supposed to be used on star pass option so by that time i already watched the movie which i wanted to by purchasing the ticket instead. Due to the wrong information given by your end there was a delay in using the code. So after that i planned another movie on 8th feb'20 on which date i used 2 coupon codes & 2 are left with me.

Now since the no of cases of corona virus in india is increasing even the govt is requesting the public not to gather to any public places even we are scared to go to theatre so i requested to extend the coupon code validity well in advance by mailing to pvr which to my surprise the customer support team denied. Because of the wrong information from your team i could not use the codes earlier but now why cant you extend the validity.

This is not at all admittable that pvr is not taking the virus spread seriously & they are ok to risk anybody's life. Why would we like to go to such theatre who does not have any corporate social resposibility. I would like to take this issue further if this is not resolved. 

I booked 3 tickets of Kabir Singh for 25 June from PVR Cinemas App in PVR City Centre, Guwahati. The seats booking notification didn't came but the money got deducted from my Mothers debit card. I want refund

So kindly appoint staff who know how to bloody speak to their customers .. they are working here for us they need us not we so kindly appoint some good staff.. yesterday i was here with my family
PVR karnal staff refuses to take payment via paytm and in starting of movie big add of paytm is there wowww untolerable and today m here again with family i ask him to make a bill of 1 tea and 1 popcorn i ask him to gv tea aftr 15 min of movie start he refuses again said bht rush h sirji abi le jao wt d fuck i wnt to ask from you
