I purchased Entrance Neo for my daughter in Apr 21 from Chandigarh. Same was delivered at Amritsar due to my posting being a defence personnel without passing from State TPT Authority.RC not prepared till now. Four to five times it's break down. Every time either I have to parcel battery or adopter which takes more than one month. That's why more than 5 months it was not in running condition. Nearest dealer is 90 km away from my residence. From Friday I m trying to resolve my problem but no response from either Company or service centre. My college going daughter is frequently facing problem of its break down. Very bad experience.
I do not like even greeting you. I have been contacting you customer case for long time. The issue is the same it stops in-between. as kids drive it and the dealer has changed sensors as he said (do not he changed or not) kept the EV for 3 days with him. Still the problem is same. I dont know what has happened. he has charged 400 Rs for sensor changing.
Please rectify this problem unless i will go to consumer care....refund my money or change to scooter.. and pray nothing happens to my kids. i will not recommend this EV to anyone...
