am an employee. I went for duty from amritsar on monday 17.3.25 At 6.50-55 am bus driver of Punjab roadways amritsar to jammu to katra bus no. PB02 EG 2568 misbehave with me. He used very abusive language to me and has threatened me to kill me in accident under his/ any other bus. I am very afraid. Pls. Help me.take suitable action against such person

I had booked a ticket from Chandigarh to Beas in the bus that goes from Chandigarh to Amritsar late night on 11th May 2024, and this bus left from Chandigarh Sector 43 bus stand Saturday late night Sunday early at 12.20am and reached Jalandhar bus stand around 03 am in the morning on Sunday night. After stopping for about 15-20 minutes, when the conductor came back to the bus, he said that this bus will not stop at Beas. There are 2 more buses behind this bus. The person who are going to Beas can board any bus behind this bus and after that immediately he left the Jalandhar bus stand. After that when I boarded the bus behind him, there was no vacant seat in it and I asked the conductor whether this bus will stop at Beas, he said yes, it will stop and after the travelling the distance of around 5 kilometers the conductor came to me and said that the ticket which I have Chandigarh to Beas is not valid in this bus & you cannot travel in this bus if you wants to travel in this bus then you will have to buy a new ticket or I will get you down from the bus and at 3.30am night he made me a new ticket and started abusing me for payment while both the buses were on Amritsar 1 depot. I have the tickets of both the buses. If you have any WhatsApp number or email id, I can send it to you, although it is not my fault when I board from Chandigarh & if Beas is not the stoppage then why they have issue me the ticket till Beas & when at Jalandhar Bus Stand when he requested to board the other bus which was same depot then how can he ask for payment it is harassment for the passengers. You can check at your end the person who is responsible for this you can punish him. As per my opinion both conductors are responsible for this this. Why should I had pay for the ticket for 2 times? Why did they take the payment from me again from Jalandhar to Beas?

Sir I want to complain against Punjab roadways buses which comes from firojpur and drivers don't stop their buses in talwandi chowk. Ajj mai bus talwandi chowk te khadi c ta 3 government buses cross hoeya aggo di ona ne bus roki hini, 11:30 to 12:30 de vich koi bus ni ruki stop te. Talwandi bus stop vi hai othe ta bus jandi hi nhi te chonk ch vi bus ni rukdi. Kush kro sir ess ch te je private buses vale ne ta oh ticket hini dinde paise le k hun mai private bus ch baithi aa enne ne moge tkk de paise le lye te ticket ditti ni. I have booked 2 seats from Delhi Airport to Ludhiana bus stand and paid Rs.2036 for 15th July and 2days passed but no booking details has been received and checking the view booking tab but it’s asking for PNR Number and Ticket Number but I did not received any out of these two but I have the transaction Id with me. This online service is not satisfactory at all because it was made for the passengers who wants to go and return back to India, can easily book their own transportation.

Sir, I belong to Village, Prempur, P.O. Narur. Sir Morning time Roadways di bus 8:10 to Panchhat to chaldiaa but Sahni tak aan da isda koi correct time ni aa. Mai Prempur to Sahni pehla tur k aandi aa 2 kilometer te aan ton baad v eh bus 8:15 ys 8:20 de time tak ponchdi aa but kade v Sahni Nahi rukdi, Iss ton baad wali bus jo 8:35 tak Sahni ponchdi aa oh v ether nahi rukdi. Bus bilkul Khali hon de bawjood v Driver bus nahi rokda. Speacially SANDEEP name da consutor bus kade nahi rokde. Jis karke mai dialy apni job ton late ho jandi aa and manu dubara tur k Khokhe tak jana painda hai. So plz apne staff nu kaho k bus Sahni rokya karna . Otherwise Manu POLICE COMPLAINT karni paini aa

Distance between khemkaran to amritsar to 65 km and usually private bus takes time 3 hour to reach destination and the bus condition is one of the worst they have so people from all here want to request that this way should be given to government bus so that we can reach any place on time.
