Hello sir ,I am standing at the ISBT 43 chandigarh from past 2 hours bus conductors are not giving right information about bus departure I wanted to go Hoshiarpur but they are first saying only gurdaspur or Pathankot going person can avail ticket I am standing in line from past 2 hours but there is no solution nor ticket then at the end they say seats are full now they are saying there is no bus for Hoshiarpur please sir do something about this problem .there is no right of conductors to cause such inconvenience to customers and misguiding us and not giving proper information

Bus conductor did not accept my adhar card just becoz of non updated of husband name.. as I showed the same updated card in my ph with same adress. But he denied..rules should be same free means free

Today while travelling in punbus Ticket collector didn't accepted my aadhar card (as per facility provided by Punjab gov. To women residing in Punjab) and asked for fare. He told me that my aadhar card didn't had the issue date. Because the issue date was cut during the lamination of it. And he also claimed that the photograph in the aadhar card didn't match my face ,which was totally unacceptable. Being a daily bus traveller ,not even a single bus ticket collector claimed that .And that ticket collector started talking to me in a very rude and high pitch voice when I refused to pay the fare.which was disrespecting . And when I showed him the e adhar card in which the issue date was there ,he again refused to accept it. I am not mentioning the bus no. Here even though I have the bus no. And ticket with me. I just want the government of Punjab to take strict actions against such people who misbehave and do not respect the privilege given by the government. And finally not only this but the ticket collector took more fare than the other buses.

Sir the punbus Ac zirakpur to bathinda, didnt stop at Banur baustand at 6 am there were 4 passengers standung at bus stand…

Sir, I want the present bus schedule from Nangal to Mohali and Mohali to Nangal.

Sir i m from bandala near tarn taran ..a punjab roadways bus from tarn taran left its destination from tarn taran at 7.33 am to delhi via jandaila ...i picked that bus daily at 6.55 am from bandala many of passengers also travel by that bus ..
But suddenly tarn taran depot change the route of that timing bus from via jandaila to goindwal kapurthalla..
Sir please its humble request please change the route of bus again via jandiala..
Many passengers suffered because no bus at that time avialable... and private mini buses who travelled from tarn taran to jandaila take so much timing to reach jandaila ..and further i have to wait for other buses to reach at my destination..

Dear Sir,

With respect I am regret to inform you that today i was taking ticket from Isbt 43 counter no 9, for traveling Chandigarh to Ropar : resume my duty.

Ticket collector of bus no 7633 (Punbus)dated 8-nov-2019 time morning 05 :30 has misbehaving me and not release my ticket.so please confirm to him and take strictly action so that he will not repeat this happen to other passanger. Even i was given to him actual fare to him , again i was trying to getting other bus i.e. CTU and other deputed bus he call to him others to do not authorised me to lifting others bus also.
Finally thanks to CTU bus he accepted my request and release my ticket.

Due to same activities i was delayed my 1 and half hours on my duty.!

So please requesting your valuable support for me..

Worse condition of Abohar bus stand

Today around 10:05am on Rigo bridge(Amritsar)
bus number PB02 AT9494 Punjab roadway bus come from wrong side and almost tried to hit me I was on activa..God save me otherwise that bus driver almost hit me as he was driving bus on wrong side. Moreover Bus was fully overloaded..
Please take strict action against that bus driver as your bus driver was driving roughly and on wrong side...

Dear sr . Apki roadways bus pathankot to haridwar PB 35 Q 9838 BUS ka driver drink krke drive kr raha hai . Uski denger driving se sabi pasinger preshan or dr rahe hai main bhi us bus main hu . So uske agenst action le thanks .
