Refund claim. Pending for 22 days

Can I ask what is the delay in sending me the refund ? It has been 22 days since the case was logged and more than 10days since the defective product is delivered to your office.

In your latest email, you are asking me for 10 more days to share a transaction number. It just doesnt make any sense to me and I am losing confidence in pTron as a company.

Refund claim not processed yet

You asked me to courier the product to your office and I have done. I have confirmation from the Courier company that the product has been received at your office. I have also purchased a new pTron product from Amazon.in and shared the tax invoice with you.
And now I am stuck in emailing you daily asking for an update, and you are not responding in the least bit.

I had high hopes from pTron customer care and certainly did not expect this.

pTron worst co. to purchase anything with warranty

This is one of the worst company i have seen. i ordered products and made payment online. Products became faulty within 15 days of purchase. Now, following pTron for replacement/refund but no response from pTron. Never ever trust pTron and purchase from pTron.

I have purchased Earbass from Amazon 20 days back but its not working properly. i am facing problem in voice (noise) and mic is not working also. Many time i am try to connect to customer care no also but no response received nobody pick the call. please REPLACE MY PRODUCT ASAP.

after 1 day,the ptron answer your problems.
After 4 days you have got a message about returning the product by the courier.
I have also exchange old one by new bassuds.
One address send by ptron, at you cam courier this item at address send by ptron.
