I CALLED ON 95878598XX ABOUT 30 TIMES TODAY BUT HE IS NOT READY TO REPLY AS HIS MOBILE WAS BUSY FROM 20 MINUTES BUT HE IS NO EAGER TO ENTERTAIN OUR COMPLAINT AS HE ENSURE ON LAST FRIDAY GLASS TOP IS ARRIVED AND WILL BE CHANGE SAME DAY BUT YET NOTHING HAPPENS KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AND CONFIRM

Prestige Premia gas stove buttons are not working

It has been since 1 month I am complaining & trying to contact your customer care for help.
But no one is taking note of it, it is really worst experience I have ever got.
I have prestige premia gas stove with 4 burners, among 4 burners only 2 burners are working because buttons are jammed.
Take a note of it and help.

Regarding- Prestige Premia gas stove

We have purchase the said gas stove due to the name and quality of your product.
Wheras after one year the one of the simmest burner valve become tight and it was replaced by your service centre at Dharmapuri,again after 6 months it was
same problem got repaird by paying with your service centre at dharmapuri.Last week the same problem occured and i took stove to service 3 times and the technician was not avilable.I rang him multiple times and ther is no response.

Regret to say that Prestige is loosing its Prestige rapidly i hope what you think.
