Shipping/Delivery

  • Product is shipped within 4-5 days, in some cases it might take 7-10 days.
  • If the customer is not present at first attempt of delivery, second attempt will be
    made within 24 hours. After 2nd attempt courier will hold on the parcel for 3
    days till communication with the customer.
  • If the parcel is shipped back to the courier partner, order will be cancelled
    automatically and payment will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

Return/Refund/Cancellation

  • In case the product is not working/damaged, call customer care no. 033-61006100 or
    email at customercare [at] polarelectric [dot] in within 24 hours of delivery.
  • While returning a product customer has to send the product back and pay for delivery
    charges within 7 days. After receiving the product company will review, if the product
    is in proper condition refund will be given within 7 days.
  • It takes 10-15 days to review the product and deliver the replacement of product.
  • Order can be cancelled only if it is not shipped and there will be no cancellation charges.
  • If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card, Net-Banking and Digital Wallets refund will
    be credited within 7-10 days.
  • If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, whole amount will be refunded. If
    notified later, 25% of sales price will be deducted.
