MIXER GROUNDER GIVING LOUD VOICE

We purchased Mixer Grinder 7699 from your one retail shop of Panchkula as per copy of bill enclosed. It is giving loud voice which was conveyed to the dealer but no action. On 31st in our house there was gathering of 40 people for function and for Mango Shake Mixer gave so loud voice we were asked from relatives which company it is or from where you purchased. We were very much depressed where thousands were spent on function and one thing reduced our happines.. Kindly look into the matter and instruct the dealer to immediately change the Mixer.

Juicer side arm not working

On the second day of using my juicer, I encountered issues with the locking mechanism. The two arms must lock properly before the juicer can start, and it requires a lot of engineering precision. However, the arm stopped closing properly on just the second day.

This problem isn't unique to my juicer. My neighbor and I purchased the same model, which arrived on the same day. Both of us experienced the same issue: the arms wouldn't lock, and the juicer wouldn't start. Either Amazon is selling third-rate or used products as new, or Philips is deceiving us with subpar quality.

I recommend opting for a simpler juicer without such a complex mechanism. After one use, I noticed a lot of unground fruit pulp in the disposal bin. Additionally, the service has been extremely poor. It has been 15 days since I raised a complaint, yet no service technician has come to address the issue despite multiple follow-ups.
