Note 1: If the candidate is exempted from Ph.D Entrance test then they should furnish the supporting documents / certificates as per the UGC Regulations 2009 for Ph.D. The candidate who has qualified UGC – NET / CSIR – NET, They are also exempted from Ph.D entrance test. Those who exempted from the Ph.D. entrance test; they should also fill and submit this form before the last date.
