Security answer issues

Dear Sir,

It showing security answers wrong and i reset the password and login then it asking for security answers everytime. Please check this issue as soon as possible.

Unable to Create New Account – 'Account Blocked' Error Persists

Hi Team

Yesterday, I attempted to create a new account using my PAN number GMOPS3296G, but it showed an "Account Blocked" error. After raising a query regarding this, I received a reply from your team stating that an account already exists with this PAN.

Following that, I submitted a request to close the existing account, and I received confirmation that the account has been successfully closed. However, when I attempt to create a new account again, I am still getting the same "Account Blocked" error message.

Could you please help me understand the actual issue and let me know if any action is required from my side?
