Online shopping is frude.
I have purchased product by online shopping. I have waited 15 days and I didn't get products. After then I have tried to call customer service. But customer service number is not working. Then I have cancelled my order but still I didn't get my money.

My two order dated .02 Aug2020 & 05 Aug2020 is not updated in my account on website of divya yog mandir, however payment was done successfully.
Surprisingly their is no any response of the mail sent through online portal.
Not finding the way to get in touch with responsible person.
It can be eaisly verified from the bank transactions which is done in favot of Divya yog Mandir. my previous 04 order was done successfully but these two order stuc.
Please suggest if anyone have the clue to resolve the problem.

Complaints about Divya Manjan.
I am using your this product for last 5 years. Your previous quality was really fantastic no doubt . But day by day quality of Divya Manjan is getting down words. Material and ingredients use in powder is less. And for getting perfect weight, beneficial and cost saving material is used , because of that after using dant manjan ,no perfect result and satisfaction. Products colour has also changed. Before 2/3 years colour of powder is reddish, bot now it is yellowish. There is public faith on your product. Kindly maintain quality,possibly increasing rate. I got the product from your #B DYM055 factory Aprill 2019. And purchased from Saroj agency. Kindly write about action taken..

Sir I am a forest guard in Saranda forest division. Asia's dens forest of Sal tree. It is a tribal area and the are very poor and all are struggling for fulfill his daily needs. Saranda's climate is very favourable for many type of hurbal plant.
So I want to know is Patanjali help for herbal plantation financially and practically?

Dear Sir,
I had procured swadeshisamridhi card on 19th August and i toppedup with Rs1000, on same day i purchased for Rs765 and Rs60. the stores person dint bill, he billed manually in paper and deducted full amount from my swadeshisamridhi card. when i asked about discount he told Rs 50 will deposited in to your account by next day. I want to know how much amount i got back as cash back for these two purchase and loyalty cash back, Promotional cash back.

Poor quality of oil
Sir
Coconut oil of Patanjali is of very poor quality.It doesn't have the smell or structure of coconut oil.It looks like a mineral even mustard oil also don't have that strong aroma of mustard which earlier it used to have.
Please look into the quality aspect as Patanjali was known fot it's quality.

Good product but always not available all products .that big problem . Last 1 month I have Witting(POWER Vita) no available any store in Bangalore.

Products are good but they are not available. Many Patanjali stores are closing down and the reason given is you are not supplying products to them. Can you improve this...very important if you want to stay in market !

SWADESHI SAMRIDHI CARD
I have applied the for above card and my application was registered with you with registration number 2387451AOFF2IN18 on 18/8/2018. I am senior citizen and residing at Poonam Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093 and have been purchasing Patanjali products from a small shop which sells exclusively Patanjali products located nearby at PMGP Colony but when I inquired about the card activation at the counter staff they were completely ignorant about it.
I am senior citizen and can not move long distances to search for the exclusive Patanjali shops which deal with these cards so I request you to make an alternative arrangements to me so that I may be able to avail whatever inducements that are attached to this card.
