Ordered for Medium Pizza from Oven Story Pizza through Swiggy. However I received Regular Pizza. Swiggy couldn't help instead asked to send me photos, which I did send 2, twice. Swiggy wanted me to mail the situation, when I complained to them. Spoke to 2 different Associates in vain. So I contacted Oven Story Pizza Customer Care, Pune, Maharashtra. Spoke to Mr.Avesh, he understood the situation. Provided me the solution by arranging to send my Medium Pizza, within seconds. I appreciate his services, being empathetic, considerate, & gave me a very satisfactory solution. Thanks again Mr.Anvesh, for going an extra mile & sending a complimentary Choco Lava too. Great job. Late delivery
Delivery is late .. contact delivery agent he is saying he doesn’t received order but app is showing out for delivery and not it’s been 2.30 hours we placed order
