I am sathishkumar, I have purchased 9th April 2022 Ondia AC, Now three month completed, i am booked general AC service my reference No (2207R176380049) Date 19/07/2022. Now 48 hours completed, still yet to be received by your technical person. Please let me know when you're arranging a technical person.

Fed up with onida products

I have an microwaveoven and iam fedup with it. I had a complaint to register but i didnt able to communicate. What to do. My next step is to complaint this to consumer court.

For your product

We have taken Full HD TV of Onida .... which is not running yet, since we bought it .. 3 months have passed, you can check in your records.
One time motherboard has changed but the same problem is happening again (hanging). we want to replace the tv in urgent basis, this is worst experience with your product and service. I have recording if you want i will share with you.

After sale service complaint

I have purchased onida 5 star rating a.c. on 8 may 2018 at the time of purchase they promised three free services.Now when i called for service they came too late three four days after the promised date and when the boy came after so many phone calls he just opened and closed the frame and said I have done service that too in two minutes.When I switched on the a.c.after so called two minutes service lots n lots of dust came out and instead of giving cool air it was giving hot air .I again made a complaint and after so many calls finally the boy arrived he opened the a.c. and said it is not serviced n even the copper has melted n there is a leakage too he took out the machine n promised to deliver yesterday morning I called him n number of times he said I m coming .Finally he called me around 6:15 and said one boy is coming with the a.c. and will reach your place in half n hour.I waited fr n hour called him again n again bt he did nt receive my call n switched of his number thn around 9 I called him frm another number and asked him why he did so he replied " nhi lagau ga a.c. jo kar sakte ho kar lo, meri marzi" .This type of service is utterly disappointing if my a.c. will nt b fitted by noon today I will post this in the social media for sure .I have been waiting fr past 15 days this is utterly disappointing.

Led not installed

I have purchased led on 18th August but after repeated reminders the same has not been installed or no communication has been received

LED not support UHD Video's

My name is Dhananjay Kini, My mobile number is 8149300XXX / 7977306XXX. I am writing you in extreme grief and after fed-up of awaiting proper and positive reply from you service team in Mumbai. And also with a hope that I will get proper solution from your end.

I have bought Onida 43" LED tv model number LEO43UIB in the month of May 2018 from Vijay sales Vasai West. As per this model, it should have sopport 4k resolution video 3840 X 2160 but actual it not support. Even this model not support 2k resolution video 2048×1080. Some HD resolution video supported but Audio not support.

I got one error like unfortunately, com.mstar.tv.servise has been stopped.

LCD not working

I want put complaint against your branch in Jalandhar,Punjab
I bought LCD 2 year ago but in 2 year LCD most of the time in the shop for repair. Last year my LCD screen gone they replaced the screen in 4 month and this year January again screen gone. My mom dropped LCD in the shop again they said they will put new screen. Ok fine now my parents wait last 5 month but our LCD still fix i. When we go to shop ask how long they take to fix the LCD they said all time don’t know. If anyone read this comment please give me customer service number so I can contact with ONIDA company directly and speak with head office.

Regarding my air condition

This is with regard to the continuance of the issue with my aircon I would like to know if my mails are reaching to you or no, because I haven’t received a single acknowledgement from any of your concerned team.

I would also like to bring to your notice that my complaint is still in pending status and none of your techno icons attended my issue after the service personnel mr Jasbeer and Dilip attended who are arrogant and harassed me.

When I called your helpline today again to know the status they told me to again register a new complaint and I was given a new complaint number 1803h066380082.

I am totally clueless on what is happened ng about my continuance complaints I would also like to know if anyone who is seeing the mails let me know if you people are interested in resolving the issue or no.

Awaiting your response by mail or voice call at least today

Regarding replacement led TV

My TV Model No. is 16D04#003593. My first Complaint Dated 21/12/2017. your service center person told me your led tv back lite problem . we will give you at 4 - 5 Days. Again I called your service center they told me it will take another 10 - 15 days, After 20 days he was repaired, (its Correct one month) I paid the Rs.1200 for service charge, I don't understand why was service charged? After that 25 days again same problem arises. Again I go to service center dated: 27/01/2018 . After 20 days repaired & told me we send the your tv Hubli service center .I told your service center please repair perfectly if it is same problem arises I will not take my TV . service person told me Back lite new will be fitted your led tv is good condition please take away your Led TV don't worry tv is very good conditions that time I told your service center person If again same problem arises I will not taken my led tv you should give me the new replacement LEd TV.
Again same problem arises Dated 03-03-18. I clearly told your service center person I don't want Led TV please give me new one replacement if my TV. Your service center person told me we will send the email to onida company we will tell you 7 - 8 days then i say fine . After that 15-03-18 go to your service center they told me email was sent but there is no response. He told me 05-04-18 we will replacement the LED TV new one I said fine, Sir my tv its three time send your service center but not good condition, My led TV still in your service center. I don't what you are my doing my LED TV your doing R & D with my led TV or damages my Led TV sir? My Complaint no is. 1803A416380035 & 1803A416380032. I complaint seven times there is no response from your side. I think this model Led Tv is not good quality ok. In service center person not highly qualified he will damage my led TV, we are taken as a Brand TV like Onida but I think your brand is not good quality now. In our family we using only Onida tv. ok. Please give me the peace to peace replacement my TV thats it. Please do the need full.

Poor customer service

I am a onida tv consumer,i am facing a issue in my tv,when i contact to helpline no.they gave me other no.,when i tried to contact to other he tell this is wrong no. and cut the phone.very poor service ,i don't want to buy any onida product in future due to poor customer service
