OLA App is showing pending amount of Rs. 719 However, payment was already done by cash. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

You guys are pathetic. Today I booked a ride . The car came when I sat in the car that driver of yours canceled the ride and Rs 50 charge was added to my account . And you done have any customer service number for customer . Contact you is such a pain.

And if we wanted to go to some place outside city these taxi drivers are asking extra money other than the required amount . Why do they ask for extra money other than the required amount.

I have been booked a cab from Guntur to Hyderabad on February on that time I went to hospital in emergency the total fair is 6800 and on that time the cab driver demanded that 10500 rs on that time I didn't have time to argue with him i gave him 10500 rs after i booked a complaint to ola cabs then say send me mail that they give only 1600 rs refund amount and after 1 weak they closed my compilation with out sending refund amount what a worest service by ola

I am riding Ola Bike from last 5-6 month, from last 3-4 month,I got very less order and my friends And other rider gets order in same place .
I did not get ride from yesterday 11 am approx to till now. You can check.

Pls help to got maximum order .

I have booked the cab upto station and after dropping me at station at 1.38pm the cab continued my ride to other location upto 1.51pm. As I was hurry to catch my train and payment mode was online from OLA money Post paid. So taken advantage of my honesty. Please look into it and take action immediately for the same.

I already paid 392 by cash for my last ride, but still it says the payment is due and I cannot use Ola app to book other rides until I clear that amount.
Please look in to this issue.

During my last ride, the driver said, the payment is already made. There was no way that could have happened since I always pay cash. However he insisted. Now I am more than willing to pay for the last ride in cash. As a customer, I am not interested in Ola money. However that's the only option that pops up in the App.
Please help me figure out a way to pay in cash. I am categorically not interested in using Ola money and would prefer to exit this platform rather than use Ola money. Please help me find a solution

I had paid cash to driver for ride from Hotel City inn Jabalpur to Medical college ,against the same ride i had paid cash of Rs 102 but when i go for new booking ask for pending payment of Rs 102.

I booked a cab from Senthil Nagar to JNH Hospital on 13-10-21 at about 3.35 PM, I paid bill amount Rs 155/-. In app it is showing my bill amount is due. I am a regular customer. Pl look into the matter and clear the same.

Recently I booked Ola for local Delhi travel on several occasions.

I observed:
1. Driver accepts ride, however there after
a) Does not move from his position
b) Moves in totally different direction
c) Does not turn up at pick up even after considerable time vis a vis estimated time shown at booking
d) Uses foul language
e) Ola has no customer care contact number. Only window is SUPPOER tab in app which also is totally managed with preset options and NONE keeping customer perspective in view.
h) On cancellation, as you can not look for new cab without cancelling earlier, he too refuses or avoids at times cancel the accepted ride.
i) Cancellation charges are slapped on customer for issues applicable to OLA App of OLA Driver.
j) Charges not reversed even after several reminders through dilapidated app having limited window for such requests.
k) I have stopped used OLA as thankfully it prompted me to find alternatives infact many
l) OLA is neither monopoly nor oligopoly JUST ONE OF SEVERAL PLAYERS IN THIS FIELD.
m) Be sure this way you will get marginalised, if at all manage to survive, only

I book my auto ride with online payment on 18 sep evening Ola suggest for online payment so I book Ola auto But after ride is finish I can't pay online because of Ola server not taking online payment many time I try but payment is failed so finely I pay in cash I can't connect Ola customer car &now Ola massage me for payment but I already pay in cash to auto driver so now what I do help me to solved that
