Since I started using ola , l always use cash payment mode, but last 8 to 9 month i continuously receiving emails for due payment. This is annoying as well unprofessional. Did any ola driver is so kind who will drop you without payment?Kindly look into and remove this issue and stop senading me msg like this.

I already paid 227 by cash for my last ride, but still it says the payment is due and I cannot use Ola app to book other rides until I clear that amount.
Please look in to this issue. THANKS.

I had paid cash to driver for ride from Kapashera Border Wayne Shop, Old Delhi, Gurgaon Road to Lal Kuan, Kubhaiyya Patti Durga Colony Jharsa Village, Sec - 39,against the same ride i had paid cash of Rs 124 but when i go for new booking ask for pending payment of Rs 124.
Request to please do needful so that i go for next booking.

Though I paid the driver thru Gpay, the system shows "payment due" And after raising the issue, software interaction says, "as 1 time goodwill gesture we ll refund the money. The loophole in the system is unaddressed

I am Capt JK Choudhary and had availed an OLA ride on 19 Sep 21 at Jamshedpur and fare accrued was Rs 182/-. This was erroneously paid by OLA Money, even though I neither subscribe nor intend to subscribe to OLA Money. Subsequently, I received a message as outstanding due with a request to pay the fare by recharging my OLA Money. I did try to pay this outstanding due by going online, but could not do it due to my limited expertise on in computer operations.

I therefore request that this bill may be added in the fare for my next OLA ride, which will take place anytime soon. I remain committed to pay the fare for availing services of OLA ride.

I paid cash to Ola driver after completing my trip on 02-10-2021. But still it is showing due amount.

I have taken a ride from Attapur to Lodha meridian, kphb colony, Hyd on 18.9.21 afternoon and on completion of the ride paid cash to the driver.
Regret ti inform that the app still shows payment due.
Sent mail to customer support several times
but no response
Need urgent rectification

I have paid in cash for the last to rides RS. 101 and RS.130. but in app it shows 231 amount pendinding and it has to be paid

I was search for Mumbai to pune cab in OLA app.
After some time I got a message for booking done.
But i got 2 message from 2 different driver. Means 2 OLA driver accept my booking request.
And both OLA come to my home for pick up me.
I was send only 1 request but I don't know how two booking done . I think, It was OLA app OR software problem. But OLA charge me for cancellation charges for second car. After It was not my fault. I don't want to pay for this.

I book a cab today, from Ghaziabad (UP) to South Ex (Delhi). The MCD charges from one state to another is 100. But OLA charged me double.
While estimated charges, the amount shown was 306 but the driver took 406 from me.

and now i cant find any customer care number working to talk to the executive

This has happened with me for the 4th time.

We booked for Dadar from Ola Goregaon on 20th August. After 10 minutes Ola came and the driver started saying that your Ola does not show booking. And showing Ride Cancel on our mobile app . Now we have Rs 50 more in the next ride.

I used an Ola auto today.
I was shown a particular route. And I was given an estimate of Rs. 250 for that particular route. And the auto driver followed the route correctly.

But when I reached my destination, the ola app said that I must pay Rs. 320. If the app cannot even provide a proper estimate, maybe it would be best not to use it.

Plus on both rides today, both auto drivers complained that the ola app showed them a wrong location for "my current location". Which means having to give lengthy explanations to the auto driver over the phone, about where the "current location" actually is, until they can finally locate me.

Ola App is substandard and useless. I have decided to never again use this app.

Its my sincere hope that lots of people stop using ola. That may force the company to improve their standards a little!

the time i booked my ride the estimated fare was Rs.458 but after the completion of ride the fare charges increased drastically like almost 3 times i.e Rs.1784. i had booked many rides from ola but i have never experienced this kind of unexpected situation. I am totally dispointed by ola cab service. whenever i call to customer care number they don't pickup call.i will never advice anyone to use ola cab service. i had also mailed to and they raised a ticket but i have not received any response after that.

Even driver's GPS stops working because of that we had to help him through google map so that he can navigate and also the invoice which is showing route was from kandivali to goregoan
than from goregoan to vasai
vasai to virar
and than virar to fort.
which was totally incorrect.
