Maine bahut bar complaint bheja hai lekin koi sunwai nahi kiya,I bought faast4 meter showing 172km but not running balance 120km pe dhoka deta hai Dhaka laga ke le jana padta ha totally money waste hua hai company bhi theek nahi karti koi solution batao.....

Spare parts not available

Last one month my RO purifier not working ,I have logged complaints twice but still problem not resolved (As per service engineer spare parts not available i.e SMPS)........it is very painful for us that spare parts unavailability of OKAYA products is more than one month but No one cares ......we buying RO water from last month that cost paid from my pockets but company have no pain about customer

About complaint solution

I called so many times at okya custmer care number but there is no solution provide by company,they provide me deepak sharma mobile number and diwaker mobile number but both mobiles were switch off.i compain abot my batter on 16 april 2019 but till now there is no solution and no call from the company,so i will say only one word that company services is very poor and wrost
