Returned items and no refund for more than a month

Hi,
I purchased a dress on 5th Nov’22 and it being big was returned. I haven’t received the refund for more than a month now. No response to my query. The app shows the refund is not yet initiated . No one has even reached out when the ticket states that someone will reach out . What ever is stated in your website or app is incorrect and money is not refunded even though you have received the item back.
Please ensure the money is refunded immediately
