Lost / Damage / Delayed Baggage Procedure
- For any query/complaint related to Lost / damaged / delayed baggage you can mail at the cargo [at] nwal [dot] ca .
- If you are not present or have left the airport, you can report about your missing in written form within 7 days of your flight arrival.
- For any lost or delayed baggage, if your bag doesn't arrive as the same flight as you, Northwestern Air Lease (NWAL) will provide you compensation fee of any baggage.
