Unnecessary delay for collect the passenger.

Unnecessary delay to collect the passenger and also behaving rudly with passenger by the conductor. He also doing mal practice to ticketing. Bus no wb 63 2347 from siliguri to coochbehar departed from siliguri today at 9.30a.m.

Complaint against the conductor, driver and faculty

We are traveling to siliguri from coochbehar through bus no WB 63 A2346... After reaching falakata conductor Mrkamal kantitold us that bus is not going due to technical problems..... So we told him to call another bus... But he refuse to help neither he is helping nor he is returning our money.... Useless transport facility.... We are helpless..... Worst government and their facility.......
