Complaint against bus conductor
Bus no. WB63B6329 on 7th September
Conductor of this bus is a very big scammer. When I'm going to Siliguri from Islampur with my brother and 9 year nephew then I gave a five hundred rupees note and he taken me a ticket with fifty rupees note, then he said to me that "balance money giving you few moments later".
After few minutes later I asked give me my three hundred rupees then he first say to me "you were give me two hundred rupees note, I will shocked.
I explained everything how I gave five hundred rupees note, how he taken money everything explained then he finally gave me my three hundred rupees
After we reached Siliguri, the bus conductor take return my three hundred rupees. I said you can check video photage through the bus camera but he was not listening me, this is very wrong with me.
Kindly take action this scammed conductor and i want my money back...

Yesterday I traveled from Siliguri to Chalsa bus conductor charged me Rs. 60, According to my knowledge bus fare must be little less then taxi as they are also charging same fare Rs. 60. So what actually is the reason are this bus conductor malpracticeing the ticketing.

Unnecessary delay for collect the passenger.
Unnecessary delay to collect the passenger and also behaving rudly with passenger by the conductor. He also doing mal practice to ticketing. Bus no wb 63 2347 from siliguri to coochbehar departed from siliguri today at 9.30a.m.
Complaint against the conductor, driver and faculty
We are traveling to siliguri from coochbehar through bus no WB 63 A2346... After reaching falakata conductor Mrkamal kantitold us that bus is not going due to technical problems..... So we told him to call another bus... But he refuse to help neither he is helping nor he is returning our money.... Useless transport facility.... We are helpless..... Worst government and their facility.......
