I paid for trial pack on Dec 24 and they given the information that it will delivered on Jan 2 and today is jan 22. I raised a ticket but not showing in my account and i didn't received my money also what should I do.

Wrong number in the parcel.
All my address including my phone number was correct while placing the orders
which is prepaid but it has a wrong number in my parcel for which I can't receive my order because the courier needed OTP for prepaid orders. One of my prepaid order is supposed to be delivered on 31st December, 2025.Today it's already 13th January but they still haven't returned my order. Smytten help center doesn't help at all. care [at] smytten [dot] com will not reply as well.

I've ordered something on 22 December .
Order is showing delivered on 29 December in app but i have not received yet (1 jan,2026).
I didn't receive any call and SMS on my number.
It's totally unexpected. Really?This kind of fraud????

The order marked delivered but is not yet delivered/ received I ordered this order on 25-12-2025and shiped on 26-12-2025 the delivery show to be delivered on 31-12-2025 but before 2 of delivery it is marked delivered it's frustrating I did prepaid for this order through gpay smytten doesn't have proper coustomer care, I kindly request to investigate this

Your system shows this order as Delivered on 30 Dec 2025, however I have not received the package at all.
There was:
No delivery attempt
No call from any delivery partner
No package handed over to me or any family member
Delivery Status: Showing Delivered (incorrect)

Kindly consider and resolve my serious issue.. Order not received and it's showing delivered and hence not received by anyone.. Even checked with my friends, neighbour etc and not received..They don't have any verification process and identity to clear to whom it's being delivered.. This is such a big fraud and scam.This same issue happened last year also and I stopped ordering from Smytten..No action is being taken

Bhot bekar service hai ap logo ki koi response nahi karta proper ai chat satisfactory bhi nahi hai 10 bar ek issue raised kar chuki hai still same question kar rahi hai product bhi nahi mila hai kya faltu service hai.

Truly dissatisfied with smytten service and help center even after having so many time chat on app they are not replying and even not single rply on mail .My Smytten order (Order ID 11675170101686S is showing as delivered on 24th December at noida mall of india, but I have not received the package.Even I haven't received any call or msg from delivery person not even any otp of delivery how pathetic service u people are delivering.this is when I am ur customer from last 4 yrs.
Kindly investigate this issue and provide a resolution (re-delivery or refund).

Truly dissatisfied with smytten service and help center. My Smytten order (Order ID 4810927 ) is showing as delivered on 24th December at Pune Godumbre D , but I have not received the package.

Hello everyone... please do not buy any of product from this application. I have added 6 trials with 2 free gift and paid the ammount. I allready paid the ammount but still not received any of them product and its Tracking system showing it delivered. I am trying to raise query but no one responding. Fraud application. Scam hai scammmmmm

My order delivered date is 1 dec and today is 6 dec my order is not received yet pls delivered to my order otherwise cancel my order.

I did not receive my refund yet nd also I told cancellation code to delivery executive person but I do not receive any confirmation regarding cancellation and refund resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to complaint to consumer complaint forum

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my complaint was handled.i received my parcel on 7 sep 2025. When I reported missing products from my order smytten team wrongly suggested that it was my mistake and I should have returned the parcel.

Let me clarify: the parcel was delivered in proper condition, but the products listed below were missing

This is clearly a fulfillment issue from their side, not mine. It is unfair and unprofessional to hold the customer responsible for your mistake.

I demand an immediate resolution either by:

1. Sending the missing products without any further delay, OR

2. Issuing a full refund/credit.

If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further and share my experience across consumer complaint forums and social media platforms.

I had ordered a product of 12ml and delivered product is of 9 ml.
Another one order had cancelled without my knowledge.i had paid the amount 319. They are refunding me 299. What is this. Worst app ever.

I ordered trail box from smytten. Also free gift a which is lip and face tint.but they give me oats packet so wrong if u r not committed with ur free gift then don't mention it.

I had order it on 18th March and it's 29 th of March already and they ensure that they deliver it within 7-8 working days but what a lie be something responsible we can't pay you online and be waiting.......

Two orders of mine, one on 1st October, 2nd on 2nd October, haven't been delivered yet. On top of that they, the company themself cancelled my 2nd order without mentioning any reason. It's 10th October and the app is showing 8th October as the delivery date my first order till now.
