I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my complaint was handled.i received my parcel on 7 sep 2025. When I reported missing products from my order smytten team wrongly suggested that it was my mistake and I should have returned the parcel.

Let me clarify: the parcel was delivered in proper condition, but the products listed below were missing

Philips hair straightner and philips hair dryer

This is clearly a fulfillment issue from their side, not mine. It is unfair and unprofessional to hold the customer responsible for your mistake.

I demand an immediate resolution either by:

1. Sending the missing products without any further delay, OR

2. Issuing a full refund/credit.

If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further and share my experience across consumer complaint forums and social media platforms.

Expecting your urgent response.

Another one order had cancelled without my knowledge.i had paid the amount 319. They are refunding me 299. What is this. Worst app ever.

My smitten trial order no10433363 was shown as out of delivered on 31/05/2023 wednesday but order not get yet but the order status he write on symteen like the attpemt delivery but i dont get any call and msg regarding my order I haven't received my package. My products missing lip scrub order no 2633112

I have not received my order.but the status in app is shown delivered on oct 22. I didn't get any call from the delivery guy that day. Same day i raised the query. Next day query was updated to resolved. Infant the problem was not solved at all. After some back and forth email this is the response i have received
"We apologize that we cannot help you in this case, As According to our Delivery Partner, The Order was delivered to you on 22/10/2022, If you have reached us out till 24/10/2022 we could have Resolved your issue for the order" .

I don't receive my product to whom you people delivered it I want immediately reply and what type type of delivery you are making that you not contract to customer by calling before delivery give me immediately response.
