You can send/transfer money using any of the following ways:

• By My Airtel App: Airtel Payments Bank section
• IVR: Dial 180023400 or 400 from registered mobile number (For airtel customers only) or 8800688006 (all customers)
• USSD: Dial *400# from registered mobile number

• By Contact No.: To Block your debit card you can call at 180023400 .
• By Mobile App: Login Airtel Thanks App → Click on Bank Icon → Debit Card → Deactivate Card → Submit your card will be blocked.
• By Branch: You can also visit the nearest bank branch and submit. Your card will be blocked.

Level 1:

• If your query is not resolved, then you can contact the Customer Grievance Officer (CGO) .

Level 2:
