Refund issue

We have book one saree in meesho price is 558 but meesho provide first order 100 discount = product price is 458 but delivery boy collect payment 558 as per mark in 558 in purchase order this time was return product but not accept and suggest me return request and refund by meesho credit in your account okay i agree with delivery boy same time we return request create in meesho apps accept and refund amount in my account 458 but 100 not credit in my account till time

Meesho supplier ne wrong product deliverd kiya. Product ki delievery meesho app par show bhi ni ho rahi only cancel order ka option aa raha hai toh me kaise product return karu aur aaj supplier ne wahi order jo delieverd ho chuka hai usse cancel bhi kar diya.
Please help me mere customer ke rupee kaise milege btaiye

WORST SERVICE

i had received wrong product for which i had made a request for exchange, it was been since 1 month, but not solved the issue yet,

now the courier boy had come, he took the wrong product but not give the correct one..

customer care people are also not able to solve my query,,

i will not use this app again & also do not prefer anyone to use this app
