My flight from Da nang to Ho chi minh was cancelled last minute and now the airlines is not providing me refund.

Issue Summary:
VietJet Airways cancelled our flight last minute , leaving us with no alternative but to book a new flight immediately.
Your team offered a flight at 7:30 PM, but this was not a feasible option as we had a confirmed international flight from Ho Chi Minh to Delhi at 9:00 PM.
Due to the uncertainty of timely departure (considering previous VietJet delays), we were forced to purchase tickets with another airline to ensure we did not miss our international flight.
As per Vietnam aviation regulations and consumer rights, passengers are entitled to a full refund when an airline cancels a flight and the alternative provided does not meet their travel needs.
Its been a month i am taking follow ups from vietjet airways but still has not got any solution, please help!

baggage allowance is 40 kg as check in baggage can we carry two psc of baggage whith in permited size as baggage above 32 kg not allowed as per yout=r norms

Dear madam/ Sir,
in this case we had booked a flight from mumbai to Bali ( Ngurah rai airport, denpasar) via PNR JN8GXG. the flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs in mumbai airport for departure.
on reaching Ngruha rai airport in Bali at nearly 3 pm we were told that the luggage is coming via other flight and might come till 6pm. now our entire day was spoiled and there were no arrangements made for halt.. as we had 2 children we had to ruah to hotel and check in.. we again came to hotel back for our luggage which was handed over to us at 7 pm.
we would request a compensation as per airline policy, as the delayed luggage is a complete mismanagement from the airline side, due to which we had to bear the expensea of to and fro twice fron airport to hotel and back to airport and again to hotel, apart fron this our entire day was spoiled and we could not complete and of scheduled itinery planned causing further financial loss. this all lead to mental dissatisfaction and dissappointment on first day of our tour. as we know the tour are expensive and due to auch approaxh of airlines the entire tour is disturbed.
hence kindly consider a suitable compensarion for above grevience and revert back.

I booked a ticket to Bali, to and fro, for 23rd April 2023 from new delhi . It got cancelled due to operational reason. I tried contacting vietjet but did not get respond. I mailed them and called them, but there was no one to address my issue. I am flexible with dates to prepone the journey .BUt noone is responding

Worst airline. Flights cancelled and no resposne on the mail address given on the refund status and even the phones don't work.

I booked extra baggage for my flight to Da Nang on 10 Dec. The money got debited twice and there is no confirmation. I tried to reach out to their call center in India but no response. Please refund my money. This is the worst experience I have ever had from an airline.

I am trying to add baggage from delhi to Bali. The payment got deducted thrice but no refund and no baggage details have been added. Trying to contact but not able to. Kindly revert

When went Bali from Delhi with this airline. I have lot many complaints regarding management and service. But let me tell you in short, if you want to go with this airline, you may go at you own risk. Because flights are not on time. Due to this you may miss your connected flight and waste your money and your time. Staffs are very irresponsible and they are not at all punctual, that shows their professionalism. Please note when I tried to add an additoinal baggage to my booking, the payment failed. However the amount got deducted from the debit card.
Kindly let me know what needs to be done for this

This morning when I tried to buy BAGGAGE 15 kg. each for my To & Fro Flights (Delhi-Hanoi-Delhi) & Hot Meal & put my credit card details for it, I received a message that the transaction failed but I can see that USD 19.00 has been deducted already.

Please advise what to do now, as I need 15 kg. extra allowance for my baggage (both the Flights). $ 19 has already been deducted.

I am one of the customers who bought the tickets of vietjet airline to go to South Korea for attending university.I bought three tickets to go on Feb 21st with flight number VJ918 from Yangon to Hanoi airport and with VJ982 from Hanoi to busan airport.Passenger names are Mrs.Aye Aye Thet,Mr.Sai Sai Li,and Ma.Nang Paung Li.As I am a student who have to stay there,the left two who sent me to Korea bought the return ticket on Feb 29th with flight number VJ981 from Busan to Hanoi airport and with VJ917 from Hanoi to Yangon airport.You can check this out.Unfortunately,we heard the news of new corona virus outbreak is getting worse and emergency situation in Korea.That’s why regarding as the rules of airlines,we paid extra charges of postponement.I postponed the flight on 1st of the March and March 7th for returning home.But you also heard the current situation and news of Korea are getting serious and getting higher the infection rate.In the case of school,it’s inconvenient to attend the school at the date I postponed.I overdue my the tuition payment time and I cannot attend my university coz of this outbreak.I can’t afford to pay the extra money for another postponement.I costs a lot of money for flight and we don’t want to go to a bad place in current situation.If I have an exception like miss my flight or something,you can withdraw my airfare and I will accept it.But now this is the international terrible situation,I’d like you to think about us.Moreover,I would like you to do something that is good or convenient way for customers in this situation.At the very least,plz we want a refund minus a cancellation fee or we can be used to go with this tickets whenever we want to go or something.I am looking forward to your kind reply.

Am Indian I am traveling from dps airport to ccu airport India via sgn airport. But my flight from dps to sgn by viet jet and sgn to ccu is indigo. With different pnr Number. So do I need any visa on sgn Airport. Like transit visa. And layover of 9hrs in sgn. And dps will allow me or sgn Will allow ME to fly from both countries. I don't have any visa. It's my Return journey.
