Order showing delivered on app but not delivered by the rider
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding Order No. #xxxx2918 placed on your platform.
To my shock and disappointment, the delivery person assigned to my order refused to deliver the item, claiming he was unable to locate the address. Despite providing directions over the phone, he was dismissive and unprofessional .His exact words were, "You do whatever you want to , he is not going to deliver", which clearly indicates his reluctance and disregard for fulfilling his duty.
Worse yet, I was surprised to find that the order was marked as delivered in your app, even though I never received the item. This is not only misleading but amounts to fraudulent behavior by the delivery personnel.
I am surprised that how come he could access the OTP received on my behalf and mark the order as delivered
I request the following actions to be taken immediately:
Investigate this matter thoroughly and take strict disciplinary action against the delivery executive.
Deliver the order immediately.
Ensure such incidents are not repeated in the future.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I hope you treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.
